Ringkasan Cerita FILM RATATOUILLE :
Remy, seekor tikus yang memiliki cita-cita ingin menjadi juru masak. Sejak awal, tikus yang satu ini memang unik, selalu tertarik terhadap masakan. Seperti manusia yang jatuh hati pada dunia memasak, ia juga antusias terhadap acara di televisi yang menayangkan demo memasak. Juga, membaca buku tentang masakan. Suatu hari, ia menyadari bahwa rasa itu unik. Satu dengan yang lainnya berbeda. Namun perpaduan antara rasa-rasa itu dapat menambah kelezatan sebuah makanan.Tetapi nasib apes sebagai seekor tikus, sang manusia tidak rela akan kehadirannya. Tikus yang identik dengan kotoran itu selalu menjadi musuh.
Dor.. Dor.. Dor.. tembakan mengarah kepadanya. Ia berusaha menyelamatkan diri. Tidak hanya dirinya malah, seluruh keluarga akhirnya terusir dari rumah seseorang dan melarikan diri dengan menaiki ‘perahu’.Di lorong sungai, tikus hitam itu berpisah dengan keluarganya. Ia terdampar pada suatu tempat yang asing. Hanya buku memasak yang ia curi dari manisia yang menemainya. Yang aneh, buku yang memuat gambar seorang koki terkenal itu dapat berbicara dengannya.
